Overlooking the ocean and Mount Agung, a site that embodies both serenity and potential.
Kebaru’s vantage point
Positioned on Jungut Batu Beach, Kebaru occupies one of the island’s most desirable plots.
The site uniquely combines beachfront access with a terraced incline rising 45 metres, offering uninterrupted views toward Mount Agung and the Bali coastline.
Proximity to surf breaks, snorkelling reefs, and the island’s main hospitality strip ensures both seclusion and connection — a rare balance that defines the Kebaru experience.
Designed for Regeneration
Kebaru spans 3,440 m² across seven natural terraces, rising from its private beachfront to 43 metres above sea level. Each level offers a distinct vantage point from the energy of the beach to the calm of the hilltop.
At its base, a staircase leads directly to the sand, anchored by a beach bar shaded under a mature tamarind tree. The land then ascends through seven functional layers, ending with panoramic views of Mount Agung and the Bali coastline.
Rooted in a philosophy of regenerative minimalism, Kebaru’s architecture uses reclaimed wood, limestone from the land, rammed earth and glass to create open, breathable spaces that integrate with the island’s natural contours.
Sustainability is embedded throughout the design: solar panels, water-desalination systems, vertical gardens, and ice-wall cooling replace conventional utilities, while an inclinator connects the beach to the highest villas for seamless access.
Kebaru is designed not for scale, but for clarity, purpose, and connection a place where wellness, design, and environment function as one.
